Åsa Simonsson from @nordic.nutrition

Åsa is a naturopath and nutritional therapist as well as a registered nurse. She also lectures at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine, teaches at Made in Hackney as well as seeing clients in her private clinic in Hackney. She is super passionate about healthy food and cooking and regularly work as a natural chef on retreats and catering event.

She is originally from Sweden and has been fermenting since she was a young child. She teaches fermentation as often as she can and has recently published her first book called 'Fermentation'. She is knowledgeable, professional and shares what she knows with passion and joy.
